Techniques using firm pressure and slow strokes in order to reach deeper layers of fascia and muscle. This is a more intense massage for musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. Not meant for relaxation.

employs a combination of deep tissue, Swedish massage and muscle energy techniques. Sports massage, is a focused massage technique that targets specific regions of the body in need of rehabilitation or comfort. Typically a result of overuse.
